A TRULY PRICELESS EXPERIENCE!!
We just attended Sayuki’s tea ceremony and it was amazing!! Sayuki is very attentive, well versed and hospitable. The ceremony was absolutely elegant and zen throughout. Such a unique opportunity to experience a 400 year old tradition firsthand! We loved watching preparation of the delicious special tea and the desert. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience! We really want to explore Sayuki’s other activities next time we visit again…

A unique and intimate insight into the way of the geisha.
We enjoyed a beautiful traditional tea ceremony in a traditional house in the heart of the Fukagawa district with Sayuki and a young geisha. It was a very peaceful and meditative experience and Sayuki was able to answer all of our questions that we had about geisha with ease. It really was a unique insight into traditional Japanese culture which I think is rare to find as a tourist.
I would highly recommend giving this a go, especially when the weather is best enjoyed indoors!
