HOW TO BOOK DINNER OR DRINKS WITH GEISHA

This year, for the very first time, Niseko is hosting geisha from Tokyo. A number of geisha are performing and entertaining in the Niseko area, including Sayuki, Japan’s first white geisha, and younger trainee geisha in Sayuki’s house. Normally it is nearly impossible for visitors to book an event where they can interact with geisha, but now there is a special opportunity available to experience the fascinating world of geisha culture by having dinner or drinks with the geisha.

When booking the geisha for dinner or drinks, they will join your party to entertain you, take photos with you, and of course perform traditional Japanese musical instruments and dance. The geisha never perform alone, so you will be joined by a minimum of two geisha.
